It was a match made in heaven: the Phoenix Theater, Petaluma's homegrown radio station, and bins full of used records — plus CDs, tapes, and more. KPCA, which broadcasts around town and into surrounding communities at 103.3 FM as well as worldwide over the internet at KPCA.fm, hosted its first-ever used-record sale and swap at Petaluma's legendary music venue on Sunday, Aug. 2. Vendors from Petaluma and beyond offered everything from $3 run-of-the-mill records to $50-and-up rare finds for an eager audience of shoppers who filled the venue from noon to 4 p.m.

Each week Petaluma Voice selects an image or short video that highlights a moment in our town. To contribute, please send photos (with captions) or videos (no longer than one minute) for consideration to photos@petalumavoice.org.
